- most buyers work with agents (as this video will show)
- if FSBOs are "protecting brokers" (i.e. paying a commission to an agent who brings the buyer), effectively they are hiring a professional negotiator to negotiate against them
- FSBOS underestimate the potential difficulties, the time and the cost involved in dealing with a transaction that goes wrong
- Homes marketed by a competent agent get much wider market exposure, resulting in more traffic and a higher price.
